PROUDLY SERVING THE TEMECULA VALLEY FOR 30 YEARS
About Nancy Hughes:
EXPERIENCE. KNOWLEDGE. RESULTS.
Nancy Hughes is proud to have been working at Rancon Real Estate for over 28 years, serving her clients in the Temecula and Murrieta areas. She loves to share her passion for the wonderful place this area is - to live, work, raise a family and enjoy a superior quality of life.
When Nancy began selling property in the area in 1983 - she likes to point out that there were no signals in either Temecula or Murrieta, the freeway was not completed, and the Temecula Promenade Mall was a dairy farm! She has witnessed the growth of the area firsthand, and knows each area of development in great detail. Over the years she has sold homes in every tract in the area, estate homes and lots in every custom home community, and large parcels of land to wineries, farmers, developers and investors. She has been a dominant and steadfast presence in the real estate industry since 1983, having been drawn to the region for its abundance of natural beauty and an extensive master plan, which guaranteed to preserve the vineyards and larger parcels for generations to come. Since then, she has consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents in the region, amassing numerous awards and President's Club designations along the way.
In addition to her real estate career, Hughes has been involved with many different community service organizations throughout the years. She was elected to the Rancho California Water District Board of Directors in 1991, serving as President and Vice President, and heading up various committees until 1994. She has been a co-leader for the Cub Scouts, coached various youth sports teams, donated time to People Helping People, Habitat for Humanity, Race for the Cure and was responsible for bringing hundreds of young Camp Pendleton Marines to Temecula and Murrieta in the "Adopt a Marine" program, which placed hundreds of Marines in area homes for a 'home-away-from-home' experience on Thanksgiving Day. For the past several years, Hughes has been volunteering as a member of the Board of Governors for Opportunity International, an organization dedicated to helping transform lives through job creation and small business stimulation with the help of microfinance and banking services in Africa and other underserved countries.
Nancy has been married to Gregg for over 23 years and has raised 2 daughters and 1 son in Temecula. She also is thoroughly enjoying spending time with her 2 grandsons.
